Last week, crypto traders returned to the Grand Park.
Satoshi Square is a crypto trading event that started in December 2013, in the early days of Bitcoin. It began in NY and LA, and inspired meetups as far away as London. It was held in parks to be open and approachable. Anonymity was held with respect. Satoshi Square was an open air marketplace, where crypto enthusiasts didn’t have to rely on exchanges. It was also a place to make new friends, meet project collaborators, and nerd out about crypto.
With interest levels high this bull run, the meetup had a really good turnout. Plus a corgi really makes everything more fun. Spelunk.in will likely continue to host the event, and will create a mailing list to announce upcoming dates. We’re so happy to see everyone in person again!
