Announcing the start of the Summer of Bitcoin with the official NYC Bitcoin Fair
It’s been nearly 6 months since Spelunkin visited with Suhyun Pak and his Pop-Up Holiday Shop in midtown New York City where he mentioned that in 2014 we would see a lot of Bitcoin involvement in their summer venture, the Hester Street Fair.
Well, summertime is here and true to his word, the NYC Bitcoin Fair has been announced. Starting on Sunday, June 15th, and continuing each Sunday through until October 26th, over 30 vendors will be accepting bitcoin for goods and food products. This fair will be open every Sunday from 11 am and run through 6 pm so any all-important brunch plans need not be interrupted!
After the fair’s premiere, an after-party event will be held at Rosette, featuring cocktails and beers that will be purchasable with Bitcoin. Check the official site for RSVP information as well as ways you can help sponsor this very worthy venture!
